Along our journey as a company, we have built on the strength of diversity. Our company is comprised of men and women the world over, spanning Europe, Asia, Central, and South America. To our organization gender, sexual orientation, race, creed, religion, has never been an obstacle. It’s never been something to ‘contend’ with. We strive to be the example we wish to see in the world, not just the “spoken” change. Action is our motto.
However one thing is clear and that is personal inventory, a check-in-balance, to help ensure that as an owner of a company I am consistently thinking and preparing our business to stay strong in our conviction of diversity. We make noise, noise, noise, noise. Never silent. At The Design Alchemist, we make it our pleasure and duty to feature the human experience on every spectrum. No boundaries and no idioms.
In honor of this past Black History Month, it’s only pertinent to share the black women and men who are changing the face of design-build and too often go unnoticed and unrecognized for their contribution to this profession. A profession in which they are collectively changing for the better.. Remember the whole action over words statement???
